SPEX 3221 - Principles of Resistance and Metabolic Training Laboratory1 credit hour The lab component of SPEX 3220 which adresseses the application of anatomical, biomechanical and physiological principles in the development of strength and conditioning programs. Students will learn how to conduct assessments of athletic perfomance and fitness. Includes tests of aerobic fitness, speed and agility, strength and power, and body composition. All students must participate in the labs as subjects.
