PSYC 3270 - Families & Intimacy

5 credit hours
The class looks at the phenomena of love, intimacy, and family life in order better understand the self and others. The phenomena are studied from the six psychological perspectives of socio-ecological, family systems, developmental, biological, existential, and phenomenological. Theory and practice are emphasized equally. Learning is grounded in readings, lectures, class discussion, and personal reflections.
