PLSC 3680 - World Economic Order & Justice

This course surveys theories and issues used to explain the world economic order and justice. Mainstream and radical theories will be critically examined. We will draw from events in international relations, comparative politics, and econom-ics to develop an understanding of international politics. The course covers issues such as trade production, debt, aid, development, the role of states, multinational corporations, international institutions, regionalism, economic statecraft, and he impact of globalization.
