NURS 2482 - Contemporary Concepts of Health and Healing

3 to 5 credit hours
Elective course. Blended science and humanities review of theoretical foundations of health. Current issues include alternative health care, balancing individual responsibility with community needs, environment, and cultural health. Open to non-majors. Requires application of concepts to student’s declared major.

Prerequisite Course/s: Core Phase I and II
