NURS 2481 - Stress, Survival, and Adaptation

3 credit hours
Elective course. Assess stress responses from multifactor, systems-oriented models through current research and literature. Examine complex cognitive, behavioral, affective, sociocultural, and environmental variables. Practice self-management interventions. Open to non-majors.
