CPSC 2500 - Computer Organization

5 credit hours
Formerly - CPSC 251
Basic concepts of data representation, computer hardware, I/O,  assembly level organization, Instruction Set Architecture, proximity, system and memory performance, system support for parallelism. Implementation via assembly language programming.

Prerequisite Course/s: a C (2.00) or better in either CPSC 1230 or CPSC 1430
