Foundations of Leadership Formation is required for the Certifiacte in Leadership Formation and is open to non-certificate students. The course provides a foundation for students to explore, process, and assimilate aspects of leadership theory and behavior, with special emphasis on leading and managing others in organizations. Participants will engage in reflection and discussion, assess leadership styles and behaviors, and practice leadership skills.
