CHEM 4501 - Biochemistry Laboratory: Methods of Protein Analysis

Formerly - CHEM 464
Biochemical methods of protein expression, analysis and purification including spectroscopy, chromatography, gel electrophoresis and antibody-based assays.   Independent design and execution of a protein purification project.   Emphasis on development of research skills, scientific writing and critical thinking.
