CHEM 4501 - Biochemistry Laboratory: Methods of Protein Analysis

2 credit hours
Formerly - CHEM 464
Biochemical methods of protein expression, analysis and purification including spectroscopy, chromatography, gel electrophoresis and antibody-based assays.   Independent design and execution of a protein purification project.   Emphasis on development of research skills, scientific writing and critical thinking.  

Prerequisite Course/s: CHEM 2511 (Formerly CHEM 266) and CHEM 3000 (Formerly CHEM 319)
Co-requisite Course/s: CHEM 4500 (Formerly CHEM 454
