CEEGR 5130 - Behavior of Structural Systems for Buildings

Provides larger perspective of building design and building behavior. Topics include code-based determinations of loads on building systems and members, approximate methods of analysis to determine load distributions and deflections for different structural systems from lateral forces and the behavior and design of standard industry lateral force resisting systems, including moment frames, shear walls, link beams, and duel systems.
