STMC 5740 - Psychopharmacology

This course focuses on the collaborative nature of pastoral couples and family therapy, with a special emphasis on working with prescribers and client use of psychiatric medications. Students will be briefly introduced to neuroscience foundations. The use of psychotropic medication, including indications and contraindications, will be examined. Bio-psycho-social-spiritual dimensions will be considered.
