PUBM 5820 - Nonprofit Law3 credit hours Formerly - PUBM 582 Exposes students to the legal structures within which nonprofit organizations function and are regulated. Students will learn about management responsibilities of national regulatory bodies; the legal rights and obligations of directors, trustees, and other members of nonprofit organizations; and the legal and tax implications related to activities of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations.
