EMBA 5640 - Planning for Significant Legacy

3 credit hours
Formerly - EMBA 589
This course integrates the conceptual and personal development of leadership (Quarters 1 and 2) with the business knowledge and skills learned in the program (Quarters 3-5). Reflecting on what they have learned, participants return to reflection and discernment to generate plans for the greatest leadership legacy they can leave over the next 5 years. They are required to produce plans that demonstrate what they have learned as well as personal authenticity.   Whereas the executive leadership project (above course) demonstrates their ability to initiate and conduct a project while they are in residence, the legacy course requires them to establish how they will use their learning once they graduate.
