ANTH 3610 - Culture, Ecology and Geography5 credit hours Formerly - ANTH 338 This course explores the cultural and ecological aspects of the relationship between human beings and their physical environments. Special attention is given to case studies of human- environment interactions in the Pacific Northwest, including indigenous (Native) relationships with the natural environment and contemporary discussions of sustainability, consumption, environmental education, ethics, food and agriculture.
