CHEM 4501 - Biochemistry Laboratory: Methods of Protein Analysis2 credit hours Formerly - CHEM 464 Biochemical methods of protein expression, analysis and purification including spectroscopy, chromatography, gel electrophoresis and antibody-based assays.
