CEEGR 2500 - Residential Design3 credit hours Formerly - CEEGR 250 This course introduces the student to aspects of project management, building information modeling with REVIT. Students participate in a quarter-long design project where they design a sustainable, low-income, multi-family housing complex within the City of Seattle. Students work in teams to develop the project scope, timeline and budget. The project culminates with an oral presentation and design drawings that can be used to obtain building permits for the housing development.
Prerequisite Course/s: CEEGR 1050 (formerly CEEGR 105), MEGR 2100 (formerly MEGR 210)
