Critical analysis of the ethical issues facing criminal justice practitioners, such as the use of deadly force, conformity to the rules of one’s office, the decision to prosecute, participation in plea bargaining, representation of the guilty, and the imposition of punishment. Prerequisite: PHIL 210 or 2205
