ARTD 375 - Digital Media II for Web

5 credit hours
Designed around the computer software Adobe Creative Suite and introduces students to working with vector graphics and bitmap images for the web. Projects will be presented that will encourage the creation and development of works that balance visual art and design, using text, images, graphics, and sound. The interactive and time-based digital tools from Adobe Dreamweaver and Flash will be introduced sequentially in combination with Photoshop and Illustrator. Prerequisite: ARTD 272 or permission of instructor.
