PSYC 215 - Abnormal Psychology

5 credit hours
Study of standard topics in abnormal psychology, such as diagnosis, treatment, and factors leading to psychological disturbance, as well as consideration of how one comes to a psychological understanding of disturbed, as well as “ordinary” human existence. One purpose of psychological interpretation of disturbed persons essential for genuine treatment is to uncover and reveal their basic humanness. Prerequisite: PSYC 120.
