HUMT 230 - Leadership in Organizations

Course focuses on providing students with a foundation in the theoretical frameworks of organizations and organizational behavior. The class will also develop an understanding of organizational cultures to facilitate critical reflection on students’ local internships in local organizations and/or businesses.
