DIUS 326 - Vascular Sonography II

4 credit hours
Introduction to the application of grayscale, color flow and Doppler sonography for the detection of peripheral vascular (PV) disease in the lower extremities. Includes basic PV arterial and venous anatomy, physiology, disease and treatment. Basic principles of other nonsonographic testing modalities will also be covered. Pre-requisite: DIUS 325, Co-requisite DIUS 346. (winter)
