CEEGR 311 - Engineering Measurements

5 credit hours
Introduction to surveying and mapping. Concepts, instruments and practice of engineering measurements, topographic mapping, public land system, boundary surveys, aerial photogrammetry, and the global position system; error adjustment, earthwork, and highway curve design. Three lectures and one laboratory period per week. Prerequisites: MATH 120/121 or MATH 132; CEEGR 105. (spring)
