CEEGR 250 - Residential Design3 credit hours This course introduces the student to aspects of project management, building information modeling with REVIT. Students participate in a quarter-long design project where they design a sustainable, low-income, multi-family housing complex within the City of Seattle. Students work in teams to develop the project scope, timeline and budget. The project culminates with an oral presentation and design drawings that can be used to obtain building permits for the housing development. Prerequisites: CEEGR 105, MEGR 210. (fall, spring)
