ECON 310 - Quantitative Methods and Applications

5 credit hours
The course is a continuation of the introductory course in statistics with particular emphasis on analysis of variance and regression analysis.  The course also introduces additional quantitative methods for business such as decision science, forecasting, linear programming, and/or queuing.  Major emphasis is placed on computer applications of the quantitative methods applicable to the business functional areas and on the enhancement of the student’s communication, analytical, and computer skills. Prerequisite: ECON 260.
