SADL 515 - Sport Orgs - A Systems Perspective

After successful completion of this course, students will be able to evaluate organizational theories related to sport organizations; understand systems within organizations such as organizational structure, culture, politics, and power both within the organization, and with external stakeholders; and use skills to improve organizational relationships and enhance performance within sport organizations. Students will be able to understand complex webs of relationships at the local and global levels in order to be a more effective leader among various constituencies. Prerequisite: SADL 512. Majors only.3
