CSSE 572 - Software Security


Introduction to software dependability, software security vs. security systems, security concerns in various phases of software development life cycle, risk management framework and threat modeling, security analysis (worms, viruses, physical leaks, root kits, Trojans, etc.), common exploits, legal and ethical issues and emerging topics in software security. Prerequisite: CSSE 522.3
