NURS 536 - Clinical Diagnosis and Management of Psychiatric Health disorders and Addictions II


Continued development of clinical knowledge about primary care management of selected physical, emotional, cognitive, and addictive health problems. Foci are assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with other providers. Theory and research from nursing and other disciplines are applied and integrated in scheduled seminars and 180 hours of clinical practice. (Clinical, 6 cr) Prerequisite: NURS 5356
