PUBM 582 - Nonprofit Law Exposes students to the legal structures within which nonprofit organizations function and are regulated. Students will learn about management
responsibilities of national regulatory bodies; the legal rights and obligations of directors, trustees, and other members of nonprofit organizations;
and the legal and tax implications related to activities of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations. Required for Nonprofit specialization.3
