PUBM 552 - Managing Change From an Org Persp


This class is designed to provide a framework for managing the effective implementation of a strategic plan. In this course, the student will develop an appreciation for: the differences between a strategic plan and strategic planning; methods to transform a strategic vision into an implementation plan; the roles of strategic planning in successfully enacting organizational change; and the process of engaging stakeholders in the change process. The class will provide both the theoretical and practical knowledge required to develop strategic plans that facilitate organizational change. Elective.3
