PUBM 550 - Contracting and Procurement This course explores the operational practices and methods of effective service contracting and procurement by governments and nonprofits. Emphasizes the importance of ethics and transparency in public contracting, procurement and partnerships. The course considers management of performance risk, integrates contracting and procurement with other administrative systems, and reviews performance measurement techniques.
