OSR 581 - Experiential Design Teams I

Design teams present students with real-time learning in group dynamics and collaborative team processes. These team experiences give students an opportunity to develop their design and consultative skills. Students participate in a Design Team during each year of the program. Students receive faculty and student feedback about the effectiveness of overall design, content, and delivery, as well as their individual performance. It is a forum for deepening practice, leadership, and team membership skills, as well as providing an opportunity to experience the paradoxes of group life. Required.3
