OSR 519 - Systems - Living Systems Theory This session provides a deeper exploration of living systems theory, one of the main branches of systems theory emphasized in the OSR program. Concepts such as adaptive systems, self-organizing, emergence, complexity, autopoiesis, dissipative structures, and structural coupling are emphasized. Implications for viewing social systems as living systems are explored, particularly in terms of the design and leadership of change. Required. 2
