MGMT 566 - Leadership Formation I Leadership Formation I is the first of a two-course sequence required for students admitted to the graduate certificate program. Admission to the program is a prerequisite for enrollment and students in the program attend as a cohort. This first course provides a forum for students to explore, process, assimilate aspects of leadership theory and behavior in the context of social justice.
